OK I have made my choices!
The Road by Cormac McCarthy- have heard about this a lot recently
Animal Farm by George Orwell- have never got round to reading so thought this would be an ideal excuse
Brave New World by Aldous Huxley- read this years ago but can't remember a thing
The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood - sounds good!

I know you'll like "The Road". I thought it was the best thing written last year (apparently many people agree with me), and I rather liked "A Handmaid's Tale", but strangely I liked the movie just a tad better. It will be interesting to hear what you think of them once you get to them.
There's a movie! Ooh! Will read book first though.
Oh, The Handmaid's Tale is one of my favorite books!
