On a booky note I am currently reading The Memory Keepers Daughter but am going very slowly:) I have been reading a lot of teaching books instead and have been working with an Advanced Skills Teacher who has inspired me lots!

Sounds like you pulled off a wonderful unit for your students. Do you think it's the hint of spring in the air that is causing a reading slump for the two of us? I just can't get myself going.
I have always been a bit 'iffy' to buy the memory keeper's daughter. Is it any good?
